Three hardcore hunters that share
an undying devotion
to the pursuit of waterfowl and a dream. Each specializing
in a specific professional
niche that makes White Rock Decoys
an instant leader in the waterfowl hunting industry.

  Adam Steinberg

Inventor, Engineer, Idea Man
Adam has a drive rarely seen when it comes to "chasing whitey". Winters are far too long for this cat, and he'll often be spotted driving aimlessly around a white and frozen South Dakota long before the first snows of the spring even reach the rain water basin in Nebraska. But it's that crazy desire to shoot the very first snows that cross the Missouri River and the last juvy to leave state side that makes Adam one of the most devoted SOB hunters in the Midwest.

Adam is the inventor of the White Rock Decoys patent pending Tuf-Snap Collapsible Support System. This flawlessly functioning support system is the result of hundreds of hours of evaluation and testing. An engineer by trade, Adam's college and professional experience working with composites, plastics, molds, and design programs makes him a pivotal part of the White Rock Decoy team.

  James Willie

Business Development, Sales Lead
James works long and hard to ensure the White Rock team finds success every time they hit the field. Growing up as a Mississippi River rat, his many long days chasing greenheads in the marsh quickly translated into an undieing love for large flocks of decoying spring snows. Where many struggle to get into the sport, James quickly learned and adapted and consistently has great snow goose shoots in the fall and spring all across the upper midwest, prairie Canada, and as far north as Hudson Bay.

With his strong business sense and successful career centered around sales, James has taken the lead in creating White Rock Decoys into a well managed small business.

  Jake Greseth

Creative and Marketing
Jake's father introduced him to waterfowl hunting at the tender young age of 4. He has never looked back. His uncanny ability to read birds makes him the crews "go to" man when waiting to hear the almighty "Rock Em!" signal.

Jake has many years of experience working in the outdoor industry, an industry that fits his lifestyle well. A college graduate with a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing, Jake handles all the creative needs for White Rock Decoys. This includes the design of our industry leading snow and blue goose windsock bags.
